Broken EPFO
More than 10 years in Govt, these guys are not able to solve issues related to EPFO websites and late interest payment
1. Interest for year 23-24 which should have been credited by 31st March hasn't been credited yet.
2. Website is usually down and by chance it wakes up and you put a service request, it usually get rejected without any reason or some highly coded reasons which only Sarkari babus can decode.
Funny part is that Govt promote digital India as one of their biggest achievement hasn't been able to fix a website. more

when is the govt going to wake up to realities and PM makes so much speeches but ground realities is very much different.On one hand we say on line and digital but hardly any govt works .All state govt utilities are worst and central govt and nationalised bank websites also same issue .Looks like all these high tech words of digital is only in the mind and not on ground. God only can save aam aadmi from what is happening more

Thanks Naina for identifying me. Have a EPFO A/c the last when I withdrew I was told that a percentage of the balance would be retained by them saying it can be withdrawn after a particular age. Yes Neha. Agree with you and most time website not working. 23-24 FY interest not credited till now. How they are running a wealthy trust. Nobody is countable for delays and issues. Many flaws in the system. Govt. should take this seriously. Yet need to mention that if we compare their system/working before 2014 some things are improved and we need to appreciate for the slow efforts taken in previous years. more

This slow 'progress' is natural progression. If you compare previous govt with their previous govt, they also had improvements but these are not good enough considering the challenges and hardships EPF members are facing. Technology has advanced leap and bounds in last 10 years and this govt is not able to take advantage of this and make whole process smooth. more
