BSES consumer should not suffer
BSES Yamuna is sending inflated bills & the consumer have no option to complaint for that. While registering as new consumer for registering a complaint on their BSES website they will not allow you to register as new consumer sign up for so many unnecessary reasons. While complaining on their SMS No. they will not acknowledge the complaint & reply for that. Hope concerned authorities will look into the matter & sets the things right so that BSES consumer should not suffer. more

BSES has been looting the people. They have not installed correct Electricity lines. No Earthing is provided anywhere and so meter readings are very high. Sun Rays also affect the reading by making the meter run at a high speed. But nobody is there to check them. more

In my society,my father in law`s meter reading was not done last month hence bill generated for zero RS. On complaining, we got a ticket no. and assurance that soon they will send some body to take the reading soon. More than ten days have passed, and now we wait for a bimonthly bill with higher rate implied as done in the past before Kejriwal era. more

Maybe finally Government has started identifying people who are behind Pollution in Yamuna...so they use BSES-Yamuna for collection for Clean Yamuna Project No? ;) more
