BSES staff is not supporting reduction of my electricity load
BSES staff is not doing support to reduction of my electricity load, as of now i have to pay fix charges of 5 kw which is unfair. past 9 months.
firstly tols that you can change name in ur bills then you can give request after being they are giving excuse of guide line BSES . can anyone help me , now which is very painful me

Even i had the same problem but when i met the high officials in the same branch they reduced my electricity load to 3KW from 6KW whereas i had asked for 2 KVA as per my consumption , i.e when they asked me to wait for another one year before it is reduced to actual consumption or MDI ( as per the electricity bill) , now my consumption is very less and i am waiting still paying load charges additionally for load which i do not even require.

Dear Vivek Gupta, Please check your last six months bill and note the MDI figures. If your MDI is below 3 KW you can get your load reduced. Further, you may call me on 7982725342 and I can clarify more issues. Shishir Kant
