BSES Yamuna is not sending paper electricity Bills from the month of June 2023

BSES Yamuna is not sending paper electricity bills to its users from June 2023. It is seen that the paper electricity bills are being sent to its few users fron June 2023 and most of its users do not get paper electricity bills from June 2023. Consumers who do not get paper electricity bills they get the information of their bills from payment gateways i.e. paytm etc. & even from Amazon. I am ebill registered with BSES I
have not got the email or information on their Whatsapp for July 2023 bill. After writing on their whatsapp No. they did not replied satisfactorly. Hope the concerned authorities will look into the matter and see the paper electricity bills are sent to its consumers. more

Not sending paper bills wrong. Reducing paperwork good. 1. From environmental standpoint, this is a saving. 2. Paperwork burdensome. Ebill bills from payment gateways i.e. paytm etc. the alternative. Processing payment automated. Incentivise ebilling. Leastways, paper bills send paper bills optionally. Optionally, only. Many using the paper billing system. more
does anyone come and take the meter reading or how is it done. One needs to see how much units has one consumed .It need not be on paper but can be sent on whatsapp or e mail etc whichever mode customer wants but it has to be sent for him to check for any discrepency.Better go to the website of the service provider and complain and if no one answers then go to consumer court more
There is commission involved more
Lack of responsibility and accountably plays its part in the system. more
good this moves toward paper less billing. only worry be it prompt & Panchal more
