I have observed that WLL phones are only for show & they don't work very frequently. Something is seriously wrong & BSNL should immediately with draw the WLL phone connections from the market. A landline is always better anytime. more

My MTNL land line No. 25518273 is defunct for the last more than one month. Every time I make a complaint a new registration No. is given and it is taken as fresh complaint without resolving the complaint already registered. Whether the telephone is working or not the bill sent for the month is for the full amount. Further I have been requesting them to send me the hard copy of my telephone bill but there is no intention to resolve the grievance. In this regard I have even given them a written request in their office but nothing is happening. With this type of the service of MTNL, no doubt that private players are getting benefited on the inefficiency of Govt. departments like MTNL. more

In BSNL and MTNL, you make the employees share holders of the company and do not provide any budgetary support for the company's losses. Let them charge a rational and uniform charge for the services and improve the working conditions of employees and install the latest equipments for services. I am sure that these two instituions may be merged and derive their revenue by using their large installed capacity to provide sufficient and sincere services to big companies better than other ISPs. more
