Thank you very much !!! Actually, I have visited BSNL Account Officer at Sec. 19 NOIDA. Now they are saying its your duty to find out how much is due for you ? Why you were expecting bills from BSNL ... anyway, they are ready to review bill and said if even single day usage find out in a month whole month monthly rental will be charges as per Rs. 750/- unlimited Internet plan.. plus Rs. 150 minimum phone rental, their expert came couple of times in two /three months though majority of times internet and phone was dead but they will charge Rs1000/- per month so this way it may reduce to half Rs.4000/- but AMIN 10% visit charge is payable... Do we have consumer court online ? Regards, more
Dear Sir Considering the above facts, better to file case in the consumer court. Once the case is admitted. , no one will visit your premises till case is disposed off. At this stage, none of the official of BSNL will support. You require to take legal protection. Regards more
Dear Sir, Thank you very much for quick supportive response. Actually, I have applied for Internet connection in 2008 and got it in Dec.2010 but it was disconnected after very few days (1 or 2 days) and remain dead for a month. SDO Mr. Yadav suggested to go for Photon Plus instead of reconnection. So, I returned the telephone and modem within month to KANSA BSNL. and receipt deposit at Larzestomia BSNL Alpha I to stop the billing in the computer system. BUT that BSNL employee has not done the needful. After a year I got one year bill from BSNL. I contacted SDO Mr. Yadav and JTO Mr. Ashok Ku. They said they will collect usage details from Bangalore office and if there is no usage "you need not to pay anything" and they confirmed after some time that there was only monthly year long rental not the usage so you need not to pay, they will recommend closure of the same BUT after one more year I got recovery from DM office now. Actually, they have not updated all these things in the system and BSNL SEC 19 NOIDA office forwarded case to DM office for recovery. Now, that AMIN from DM office is not ready to allow even a day.... It is very insulting, defaming, humiliating ..... How to send back AMIN ..... What to do next ? I am scared he will come again tomorrow IT IS MONTHLY RENTAL of PLAN Rs.750*10 = Rs.9000/- approximate. Do you know - any sr. authority contact no so that I can connect AMIN to BSNL officer and buy some time to visit them. last two days, I have written emails to several BSNL officers but none of them responded, including PMO, CMO, BSNL CMD office, Consumer Court etc. Regards, more
Dear Mr Alok Kumar Gupta Contents mentioned are not much clear. whether you received the bill after a year from the date of disconnection/surrender of the instrument. I believe you might have taken the receipt, on surrender on connection, from the BSNL. I feel, better you visit the http://www.trai.gov.in/WriteReadData/userfiles/file/measuresto%20protectconsumerinterest/TRAI-Handbook12.pdf you will get lot of useful information on this. Regards more
