BSNL officials DADAGIRI
I sought some information under RTI Act regarding expenses incurred and maintenance charges on some particular work.The same was neither replied by them nor by Ist appellate authority. When matter was referred to 2nd appellate authority then in back date sent a letter and mentioned that the information does not come under section 2(f) of RTI act. I request to all and particularly who are having vast knowledge of RTI or RTI activist whether their action is correct or not as almost all the information sought are covered under Section 2(f).Any one helping me will be helping to expose the corruption in the above department. MS Panditaji Hope you might be a lawer, I am in a case of harrasment by my departmental group of people. They start recovery from my salary instead of proper fitment. I submit The Honourable Supreme Court of India Verdict(judgement) favouring to stop recovery. My regional office has approved it but my Zonal Office still hasitate to take a decision on it, where as the Zonal Office has started recovery without the knowledge of Central Office(i,e Head Office) Zonal Office is also not ready to forward the issue to central Office. Hope you must suggest me in this type of corruptions . more

Mr Aggarwal could you please send me the copies of the RTI application filed by you, reply received by you either both the CPIO and also by the Appellate authority within a specified limit you can send appeal to the IInd appellate authority alongwith all the details. If you can email me the documents I can prepare a case for iind appeal is it warrants for that more

Gupta Ji I sought information that our area was made poleless by BSNL. But still there are poles and BSNL advised that some of DPs are working from the poll. I sought information about the cost of such expenses for making poleless and annual maintenance charges. In case DPs are out of order than who is accountable and whether the contractor was fined or not. BSNL says that this does not come under section 2(f) of RTI Act.
