BSNL -- Peculiar system adopted to service its customers
I am a subscriber of BSNL Broadband since over several years. Since last few months BSNL has adopted a very tricky system. My broadband frequently goes off and when I lodge a complaint on ( BSNL call centre ---1800 345 1500) I promptly receive an acknowledgement by SMS providing me the complaint number. After about 10-15 minutes the broadband starts working automatically. Leaving about 5-10 minutes I receive a SMS from BSNL that the fault has been rectified. Once I start work the broadband goes off again. Now my daily job is to go on lodging complaint throughout the day and the cycle repeats. At no point of time BSNL officials call to enquire what the real issue is and rectify the issue once and for all. Now too at the time of my typing this message the broad band has gone off once and I have to wait till it comes bank to complete my message. Has BSNL's service deteriorated only in my area (Koramangala) or is it throughout Bangalore / India ? more

Totally agree to your experience as I decided to move to another service provider a decade ago due to similar issues. My suggestion is to move to a more stable service provider (Koramangala has multiple other service providers, who're customer oriented and stable in terms of network reliability), than wasting time to correct a lax organisation. BSNL is overpriced too. more

BSNL is known for poor service. BSNL is in the death bed. If you want trouble free services switch over to some other service provider. more

BSNL has the worst service.. You should shift to ACT broadband...give excellent service in case of any issue & Koramangala will definitely be attended promptly..There are some issues but in Electronic City areas only. more
