BSNL Services not working properly
Dear Sir,
You may go through BSNL complaint portal/feedback portal and lounge your complaint again and again, repeatedly. BSNL high authority will take a proper action.
earlier i have faced same type problem with HP Gas agency like gas dealer was not delivering gas cylinder at my home, than i lounged a complaint against gas dealer on HP Gas portal now gas dealer give feedback to company that grievance has resolved. but i again lounge the complaint, dealer again reply in same manner, such activity happened 4 or 5 times.
after that i receive a phone call from HP marketing manager and he made a telephonic conference call with dealer. than dealer release his mistake and promised with us that the he will deliver the gas within one hour, and i got it after 20 to 30 mints. more
