The Finance Minister of India, We have watched you on the Loksabha TV presenting a Budget for our great country. The citizens of India must have been totally disappointed when you were reading the budget and watering your fingers by putting them in your mouth in an uncultured way . Even school going children , if asked to watch your actions would have been surprised to see your actions. The parents and teachers teach every one a decent way of using Finger Grips/ water spunge available on all stationery shops. We , the Indians feel that the Budget of our great country was dishonored by applying spitoon ( Thook Lagana) we expect a better performance next year. more

bring in black money we should come up with scheme were 25-30% to be paid as tax and no penalty to be levied also no case to be booked on the individual or the organisation for the same. this scheme should be valid for 6 months period of time and should repeatedly advertise the scheme all over the country and especially to the CAs. we should also mention strict notice that serious action to be taken if black money found after the given period. this scheme will surely bring lots tax into the country account. more  
1. Agricultural income beyond a predefined limit must be made taxable; 2. There is no justification of deducting TDS on aggregate annual interest income of Rs.5000/-. The limit should be raised to at least Rs.50,000/- per annum; 3. When the minimum fees of a doctor starts at Rs.400/- on a single occasion, a tablet for hyper tension costs Ts.8/- to 21/-, the cost of a boil operation runs from Rs.15,000/- to Rs.25000/- and treatment of a major illness needs a few lacs of rupees, what is the rationale behind allowing a paltry amount of Rs.15,000/- per annum for tax exemption? As all of us are aware, our elected representatives are spending lacs of rupees of public money for treatment for themselves and their family members, which some times runs even in crores for major illness (in India & abroad), is the government recovering appropriate income tax from them? Considering the high cost of medical treatment, I opine that medical expenses incurred by any individual at least up to Rs.5,00,000/- p.a and reimbursed by their employers should not be taxed; 4. Government should enhance its coverage of income tax payers by introducing a fixed nominal amount as income tax by all those whose annual income exceeds a predefined amount, say, Rs.1,50,000/- or so. more
