Dear Residents on Gurgaon, We the middle class and educated citizens of free INDIA were happy when BJP came as an alternate to Congress in Haryana. Thought "Acche Din " have finally come and this new and upcoming Gurgaon city will become more vibrant and BJP will be able to reign the builders. But also who knew we will be sinking deeper in the quick sand. I refer to a very peculiar case where BJP is giving more importance to family then to the entire vote bank ( us residents ). Haryana BJP, is scared to reign this politician. He and his builder ( a family member ) is allowed to misuse the district police and administration to do all sort of atrocities on the residents. Police is forced to file false FIR's against women of the colony. The list of atrocities with the help of police and administration goes as under: 1. False FIR on residents. 2. DTCP giving false permission to alter the boundary of the colony after 12 years of existence. 3. Authorities allowing and signing all papers which favour builder. 4. Authorities making relatives of the builder make a RWA even though they owe no flat in the building. This is done so that builder can usurp more land by making RWA sign on the papers. 5. Builder collects the electricity charges from the residents on monthly basis but does not deposit with DHBVN. As a result DHBVN disconnects the electricity every month. But DHBVN is not allowed to transfer the connection in the name of RWA. Why? The builder in discussion is Shri Raj Singh Gehlo, builder of Ambience and the politician in discussion is Shri Capt. Abhimanyu. They are "samdhis" hence it is a family. Mr. Gehlot has done everything illegal, he has encroached upon the govt land in front of the Ambience Mall, Gurgaon which has resulted in a big bottleneck. Dispite of the court order, administration is unable to take this land from Mr. Gehlot. BJP is not bothered if millions of commuters are at a discomfort everyday. We have met CM, written to PM but till date no relief has come. Builder under the patronage of Capt. Abhimanyu continues to run his fiefdom. BJP is allowing the old Zamindari system to come back through back door and allowing Mr. Gehlot to collect "Laagan". Question is if BJP is so scared of Capt. Abhimanyu then why should "we educated" people let such politicians and builders control our life? more
