Builder constructing and selling flat at stilt parking
Builder making illegal construction and selling flat (on General Power of Attorney) at stilt parking. MCF seal those but not demolishing those construction. Builders open/ break seal and start working again (also inform us that every thing with MCF is stellated!). Supreme court already given judgement that construction at stilt parking is illegal. People (so called Dabang people) buying those with black-money. Others (legal floor buyers) are suffering. There are some relation between MCF-Builders and few other government bodies, which allow/ promote such corruption.... more

I am staying in this area (IP Extn, Sainik Colony, Sector 49). Our builder ( V P Builder) also constructed at Stilt parking area. We have already submitted application to Joint-commissioner at MCF. There are many builders. more

Who is the builder, what is the Apartment/ Tower name, what is the address and location of the premises and how come you know about this? more

A complaint on twitter or CM Window generally help. Name the builder and society in complaint. more
