Builder promises
Normally low income group people and who wish to stay in buildings and so called high society, those people purchasing their own HOME in outer side of Mumbai since they are unable to buy their dream home with their income. Second reason is the people who are nature loving, who want no crowded place they move toward Kalyan area. Now with high expectation and with betterment of family people used to buy FLat from famous builders with keeping in mind money as base.
But when it's come to builders and staying condition people see extra services offered by the builder but nobody knows that if this services will be satisfy or not.
With Same condition I bought house 2 BHK flat in ambernath area, when. Bought this house I was happy and like in heaven.
Being NRI, fortunately I don't have any issue to grab bank loan, with highly proactive service executive has done the needful.
And finally I come to my dream home, still having the Envelope issued by builder saying the all facility endorse to flat owner as builder promise.
The first few days, my have been enjoying the greatness of builder and their services which accomplish by builder for time period.
As time passes, we are getting complaints from flat owners and resident.
complaints such as:
1. No vehicle has been provided for transportation.
2. No road maintained toward the complex.
3. You will not believe drinking water , due drought situation the drinking water is not enough. Personally I encountered with this situation when was in India.
4. Robbery due to lack of security personal.
And so on.... Which is not yet solved and I guess no measurement been taken by builder.
As per amendment in builder act 2016, as consumer we can take strict action against builder and there is always BUT...
We know everything but same due adequate time BUT remains the same.
Can you share your comments if you face same issue and measurement action taken to avoid such graviences caused by builder. more

@ Mr. Satish Raheja... I thought I'm living in democratic country and everyone has right to put their comments and experience in this circle. however, the flat which I booked it's my first flat and with lack knowledge I just trust the brand name of company. Anyways, it's my just appeal to person who is next and planning to buy a flat they should check everything before get into trouble.. Let us not blame the Builders only for giving the poor service or deficient service as promised in their Brochures. Let us equally blame the people who had booked their flats with these Builders. What is the use of shouting & crying separately. Shout/Cry unitedly & keep an eye on the performance of the Builders in the past & present development in stages when you make the payment in instalments. No one comes to your home/residence/temporary shelter & snatches money from you for these booked houses. It is you, who pay happily for getting all of the amenities as mentioned in the Brochures of the Builders. How many people genuinely & thoroughly read the brochures? How many of these amenities mentioned are really useful for each & every person? Basically the most important amenities which one should see is the Area & surroundings of the Project, Approaching Roads/Lanes/Bylanes, Proper Sunlight & Airy, Strength & the longevity of the Project i.e. the quality of the material used, the no. of construction workers working at one point of time, to talk to these workers to find out whether they are satisfied lots & are paid on time. Also to know from them about the quality of the material used. Fixture's quality & persons fitting those fixtures, water, Gas Pipelines laid & their quality, availability of water in that area & provision to store & distribute water, Security aspect & Security people manning the area, Fire Prevention steps taken at the time of construction. How many of us have seen these aspects at the time of booking the house? I am afraid very few or may be none. Then why to blame the Builder & then have after thought when it is too late. It will definitely require money to be spent on Layers, time to be wasted by going to the Courts, meeting people, loosing night sleep & mental peace. more

The basic reason for our miseries in this country is organised corruption and unless we are organised ourselves we cannot fight these powerful cartels.
