Builder Ratings

I like the idea of ratings of builders. 90% people I am talking to in Noida/Greater Noida are fed up. Some have lost money in promises but construction yet to commence or simply running late 3-4 years. Jaypee is running 2 years late on many projects here. Luckily I took a pass in 2013.
What is the experience with other builders? more

Rating should be with respect to----satisfaction of Consumer/occupants -adherance of building schedule/construction quality ,contractors/sub-contractors and also supply of elecricity/water, exit of sewerage &approach road/parking facility/gym,school,health facility park/walking track etc more
Rating of Builders /Real Estate owners is good and helpful to the common people. Regulator on real estate shall be more helpful to the common public G.K.Naidu, Hyderabad more
Even after 5&1/2 years, foundation work has not been started by Vatika at 82 F at Gurgaon. No Govt. ready to reform the sector .Can the new Govt. bell the cat? more
Establishment of Real Estate Regulator is long over due. Earlier governments were feeling shy of reforming this sector probably due to their dependence on builders for many things. I hope Prime Minister Modi and his Government will take up this task as a priority one. I may add that non establishment of real estate regulator in time will seriously impact Government's objective of providing a house for each family by the year 2022. Rating of builders will automatically come in to effect once the Regulator is in place. I also realise much work on this matter needs to be done at State level as they are the ultimate authorities who approve building plan and give occupation certificate (OC). more
