According to China Railway Eryuan Engineering
Group Co Ltd (CREEC) which completed its feasibility report on Bangalore to Chennai Bullet Train the cost for laying one kilometer will be Rs.200 crores cost of land and others extra and as such not feasible to implement. So it is high time Indian Railways think of improving its pathetic condition than running after dream projects.

Very true. One need to provide the best available facilities for the existing trains and stations rather than going for something our people may not look for. At least keep a check on unreserved travelers in the reservation bogie and see the trains are filled with enough water for the requirement of passengers. I have wondered what the attender and RPF do during the journey. more
