Bullet Train

Yes there is a huge cost for Bullet train but you have consider India's budget, and efficient utilization of money by present government and future plan of the country. Yes problems of poverty etc will be there and must be addressed but development also must be done. So let us support modernization in Rly and same time let government find solutions like education, employment, skill development etc to remove poverty. We must be proud that present govt. is doing this in multiple sectors and multiple way.
We are all together to make India better. more

(1)Every body support for modernization in Railways. (2)But importing sheer costly bullet train infrastructure and no money for indigeneous developments, for efficient operations of rest of the railways, can never be called as modernization of Railways. (3) In fact this is Modi's vision to sell our country through importing unnecessary, very costly foreign infrastructure. This is only useful for rich businessmen of Gujrat can never be justified. This is hard earned money of common public of India since businessmen never pay a correct tax and generates black money. Such acts makes our country more & more poor. more
Bullet Train Generate employment, Remove poverty, Make india more Skilled, Make people mor educated Make peole more knowlegiuos. more
To alleviate poverty we require money. This can be generated only if the economy grows and competes with other countries. The govt should do all that is possible to gear up the modernization process. China to a large extent had alleviated poverty by improving their economy. So let us simply talk about alleviating poverty but should support the govt to modernize our production facilities. Bullet train is one in the rift direction more
This is not a time to spend huge amount for few. The person who can afford tickets for Bullet Train, has capacity of to buy flight tickets as well. If Govt is serious, spend that amount on making existing trains faster, improving present rail infrastructure and giving more facility to common man. This Bullet train will only help business/rich class, not meant for common man. more
Dear I.Sunfaram. You are equating unequals. Bullet train shall only be afforded by moneyed of Ahmedabad. Instead of it, Rail-buses should be tried on, say, hourly basis to cater for large chunk of railway users, daily up downers, dho are unnecessarily crowding and slowing down long distance express trains. more
