Bureaucrats and Conflict of Interest

All the mafias have connections with politicians ,rather the mafias are creations of politicians . They go hand in hand . If a common man raises his vice he does not live in this world . Therefore , time again I am quoting that first of all the politician should be non corrupted. then they can make the bureaucrats non corrupted . It will automatically percolate down bellow & THE CURRUPTION will be reduced drastically . The police department have all the records of corrupted people including their own department. My suggestion is that some of the non corrupted politicians shall come together only to fight against corruption & see the change & difference. more

Ashok Golas is fully true in his comments. That is precisely why my quot about corruption yesterday, in that form. We all will have to wait for the nature to interfere and cure the malady of corruption in all forms in our country! The bureaucrats in conflict of interest is a usual sight of the day that the term "shall presume" in case of Governmental actions deserves to be done away with in the present day state of affairs and read in the contrary. In Kerala the bureaucrats continuing to play all tricks to get the Mono Rail project at Trivandrum and Kozhikode (which is already decided to be got executed by DMRC, by the Cabinet) re-allotted to some Pvt. foreign player is one of the latest dirty shameless corruption motivated acts. No one has the capacity to challenge the same in day light or otherwise, since the political executives donot have the moral right to do the same as both have been partners in some or other such deals in the past if objectively read between the lines of recent past activities in the state as a whole. For such of them thanks God Justice VR.Krishna Iyer is no more! more

Transparency International should understand that merely writing letters and forwarding the complaint will not serve any purpose. System of corruption is deeply ingrained and officers have to fall in line. Dissent is not tolerated and anyone who would like to follow the rules is punished swiftly - even by getting murdered through some mafia. No action is taken in such cases as Police only protects the corrupt and file Final reports even in cases of murder. As I learn, life is really cheap in India. You pay some hit man to get him to murder some one. Follow up by paying the Police & judiciary who will promptly close the cases. Can Transparency International provide their office address where such cases of victimisation can be given in writing for follow up by them? more

The Indian people learned all these tactics from British people and are applying on their own people. Let us face it and hope for the best/worst to come. more
