Bureaucrats and their family business

What about the politicians running hospitals in the name of charity but earning hefty sums and tax exemptions. Why target bureaucrats only. more  

There is no restriction for the family of the Bureaucrats, not the start any business, rather as per my knowledge, there is code of conduct for all officials not to use their position to give favour to their blood relations. more  

Bureaucrats and their family business is their and indulgence to this has been given in India by by none other that Nehru who himself made sure that garbage in Congress other than the Nehru family doesnot think of others and it has gone to such a extent today that we see the janue dhari nautanki in Indian politics . So when bureaucracy observes something in its infancy as India in Aug 1947 was just a toddler hovering around lady Mountbatten like a kid that too a erotic kid the bureaucrats indulged in all mischivious activity to ensure all garbage in the family get top slot every where if not in business through VYAPAM and today the Congress says it such a way that all Vyapam and NPA happened under BJP and they keep harping and the educated illiterate Indians belive it ,now if BJP thinks Janata Saab janti hai them they are living in fools paradise as in India a rapiest gets elected as MP just after six month I.e human memory in India is much less than six month. Now come to MP and MLA these elected lot moment the take oath ceremony after election is over get busy in grabbing contracts of transportation and other supplies etc etc to spread their own business across India or get into partnership with some businessman to make some money in five years as he himself/herself had to dole out carore to grab a party ticket to contest election.Aise behuda nikamma desh mai insan sas le raha hai woe hi kafi hai ,agar usse Jada to umid kare ya soche toe uper wala uska bhala kare. The naked truth is there is no alternative to Modi in next 20 years if Congress stick to Gandhi family I.e the Italians and for Mr Modi he just needs a honest hardworking Inteligent PMO office with men from all walks of life and even few countries like Isreal,Taiwan,Japan,Korea who have learned to build their Nation self sufficient in every way and that's not all out of his 18 hours which he boast he works he should devote 9 hours listening to his advisor as to how he should govern and choose right people in right place as Nation is no joke nor a chalta hai syndrome. more  

I believe it is not fair to deny the right fo a bureaucrat’s kith and kin to be engaged in business or the bureaucrats t0 continue as a bureaucrat just because some of their kith and kin are engaged in business It must be made an objigati0n for every bureaucrat to give every quarter a self-declaration as regards the business in which one or more of his kith and kin may be engaged in, the line of business, how he or she or they are related to the bureaucrat, the place of business and any other related item of information. This information should be kept in mind in mind while deciding the bureaucrat’’s place to make sure that his powers or functions are not misused. more  

I feel all these disciplines are well defined. But enforcement ....? more
