Buying Ad in Newspapers

Looking at planning advertising for my wife's retail business. Can someone advise how newspaper advertising works in India.

Who should one get in touch with to get the best rates (newspaper companies like Times/HT or do they have distributors). Who can offer better rates. Would like to hear from entrepreneurs and others who have experience. more
