BWSSB WATER CONNECTION
we are a cluster of 65 apartments with more than 1500 flats, surrounded by 20 Sobha apartments each having more than 100 flats. Sobha apartments got water connection and we are yet to get. Please advise how to get the work done in our layout without bribe, as people are of the opinion without bribe it is not possible to get cauvery connection. Please guide me how to proceed. more

Mr. Anil Govindan I agree with your suggestion, but without any solid assurance how many people shell out the money one or two apartments out of 65 cannot do any magic. Once all the apartments pay I agree we can do the followups as you said - this is just an example. more

If we are falling under 110 villages of BBMP, why they are knocking our doors to get the property tax and when are we not eligible to get the services the other BBMP area enjoys. It is over 7 years long wait. It is not that 110 villages do not enjoy water connection, there are many, even next to our layout the connections have been given, may be with bribe and influance. more

I believe, BWSSB should have a SLA (Service Level Agreement) within which it needs to provide the proper reply/reasons for not providing the connection. I suggest to file for the connection with BWSSB and wait for their response - based on their response you can always visit the Grievance cell whose details are always available at their office display board more

We are fighting for water and yet to succeed with BWSSB. If your apartment falls under 110 villages of BBMP it may be difficult now. more

we are in this forum to get rid of corruptions and suggestions and actions are welcome . all members should come together selflessly to stop corruption and get our job done. all our members should put their efforts to stop this menace. more
