Veins bring blood from organs and tissue to heart.

This low pressure move blood slowly inside veins .
Part of this low pressure comes from body movements.
Because:
Veins are squeezed between muscles.
Motion squeezes these veins , blood moves , chances of pooling of blood and clotting goes down .
This is why your calf muscle ( SOLEUS) also called as SECOND HEART .
