Call Disruption survey of LocalCircles

I see that wire agencies are running the LocalCircles survey on call disruption issues faced by people

https://www.localcircles.com/a/press/page/call-connection-survey

However, media like Times of India, Hindustan Times and tv channels like CNBCTV18 ET Now CNBC awaaz are not showing it.

Is this because they dont think this is an issue for people or is it because they are under influence of telecom lobby.

Why is the regulator TRAI not holding them accountable either? Basically people are left to fend for themselves. Most of us dont get a proper mobile connection even at our home and office but most of us just live with it and keep paying our bills.

Don’t we deserve better as consumers???? more

It is not 56%, neatly all! I don’t know anyone who is not suffering from call drops and poor connections! Those in power must look into it. more
Though TRAI is autonomous body, but in actual situation, is toothless. Call drops are rampant. Besides, there are many instances of call going through or caller is not able to hear the receiver or vice versa. Airtel, Jio, Voda Fone at many places fail in its services. I have surrendered BSNL landline 18 months back duly acknowledged but I received notice for non-payment of my bill for annual subscription, this year. On top of it, I am yet to get my refund of deposit from BSNL till now. With respect to broadband services, many times, there are disruptions and not able to maintain the assured speed. We, as consumers, suffer & not raising voices. more
Services of all Telcos have deteriorted in inverse proportion to their claims more
The issue raised is serious and the TRAI must look into it and start penalty proceedings against Telecom Companies more
