Can a Co-owner as wife make a Trust deed ?
Husband is living separately in another home and wife was earning to buy flat,( Husband had No source of income)
Wife is paying for maintainance of flat,including house tax for past many years and she is also paying for education/wellbeing of her daughters and their marriage after education from best private schools and universities.
Builders Do Not Like It because husband as inheritor wants to get rich quick.
A good lawyer suggests wife to make a Trust deed after 20 years.
Wife does not ask for money from Govt/Private individuals.
It is Self Sustainable Trust and has a bank account to pay for basic maintainance of place.
Husband died instate.
