Can a Lawyer practice without LLB degree ?
For Learned folks of Legal Fraternity- Is there any other degree besides LLB ? Is writing DU in profile enough to Practice Law in our country? Hint- Wife is lecturer at Hamdard University. His Speciality-Threatening Women & association with like minded people, bankers & Industrialists, low level Police women & women using women friendly laws to Extort.
We have quacks posing to be as doctors.

Muthurajn M-Thanks for clarification. Issue was Anybody entering premises of courts Posing to be a lawyer ow wannabe lawyer. But issue was diverted to Currency ! Good Luck to everyone. Hoping for Achhe Din when degree wala lawyer will be The only Lawyer, not anybody and everybody scaring innocents with black robes ! more

We are much ahead off what is started as lawyer clarification. I heard yesterday that Supreme court has given some order that some verification may be done by bar. Is that right? more

I completely agree with Mr. kamathji. Indirect tax or what is called expenditure Tax is the best way of taxation. Direct taxtion on Income makes way for more corruption, evasion and ultimately the Govt spends more money ( hereagain it is taxpayers good money)for collecting individual income Tax. Of course, corporates have to taxed for Income but if the tax rates could be realistic. corporates will not try to evade paying taxes. Our Finance Ministry should at least try to hear voices of public. more

We forget why higher denomination notes are printed. It is because value of the currency is reduced in some countries notes start in million denominations. Today even a common man holds 500 rupeenote. What is black money, It is the income on which income tax is not paid. The black money generation was the outcome of our wrong tax policies and using tax laws as a means to black mail opponents than revenue generation and faulty implementation by corrupt. So to eradicate this menace remove income tax on individuals. Income tax should be only on corporates and may be designated as corporate tax. Today more than 70 paise is spent to recover 100 pause. Instead of taxing income use this machinery to monitor and collect indirect tax is expenditure tax. Which will actually help in economic development.a detailed proposal was sent to finance ministry before the 2014 budjet. more

There is a saying:Tell me the person , and I will tell you the Rule. This is how all Govt Departments including Judiciary is functioning. The accused drag the cases for 15-20 years and thereafter the Court drags indefinitely without pronouncing the verdict.Under such circumstances, how to expect clean govt and good governance? Where is Democracy?Where is Justice? more
