Sir common floor is not to be owned by the promoter but entire common floor left for the use of its occupants only more

Ground floor is exclusively reserved for Parking. If builder tries to sell it or do the construction it is totally illegal. Corporation must take action against builders. more

You may go through the agreement of the allotment of the flat between the promoter and you. Normally, if any area is earmarked for common amenities, all the owners are entitled for the use of the same and as regards the land portion of the apartments, they are given the undivided share of the total area. more
