Can anyone meet the judges??
Judges are in the position to keep watch of the law’s that are maintained by the government in such cases, do the ministers, governor and other members involving in governing the country can be allowed to talk with the judges. Even if any legal doubt arises to the PM, CM, Minister they can clear their queries from their secretaries, Collectors, etc. Then what makes them to visit the judges who give the judgement in order to keep the law enforced in the country or in India no one is neither allowed to meet the judges nor judges meet anyone. more

The privacy to any of the judges has to be given so as to live their family life. When they jump to a position they should justify themselves for the seat that was given to them. Moreover many of the judges are to elderly person so they can easily commit themselves for the work and their son's are also in some positions when the judges were allowed to communicate other than family matters though they are family, whether India's power that is a judge wouldn't be misused. more

they should not involve in legislation.. as legislation is the representation of democracy and power of people. If there is intervention or disputes between legislation and judiciary means here someone want to show their rowdiness.It can be solved in parliamentary procedure. And even I would say Indian judiciary is so unbiased ..we have lots of example that show the bias system..involving nepotism, favor ism , cast ism... more

As much I know , the Judges will not have any time to give this prominent time for other than their connected Homework & Ease their mind with their Family maintenance . As is observed , some lawyers also do the same . As is natural , those in law works also do have friends & also need to relax in sharing some time other than the Family member too . All this is quiet natural . But , the meetings etc., of political leaders , Government officials with the Judges is definitely at self / personal interest unless on Marriage etc., occasion invitations. It is not the question of physical meeting , it is also the issue of Phone meets . which shall be only at their wills but , the vigilance tapping shall not be lapsed and this require Centralized Independent Policing in India . In this connection , the incident of a local Rowdy sheeter went in access with a Special Court Judge won the inevitable bent of that Judge in a case . So, all the Judges shall have vigilant protection just like Telephone Tapping & C.C. Cameras . Besides , the Governments shall also be of integrity and national interest thought not the Democracy . more
