Can coolies porters be brought under pre paid system

Can railways please consider offering a prepaid coolie service via its app. Its such a hassle to haggle with them. People get fed up. Most coolies in Delhi stations charge twice as a reference point. Several start with 3 times. more

If wheel carts are available in the Railway stations, there will be no need of coolie or porters, nor prepaid rules. more
A system to prepay for cookies must be included in the ticket booking. more
LET THE RAILWAYS PROVIDE SELF PUSHING TROLLEYS IN TWO HUDRED IMPORTANT RAILWAY STATIONS. 50 JUNCTIONS 100 CARTS EACH WHERE MORE THAN 50 TRAINS HALT JUNCTIONS WHRE LESS THAN 25 TRAINS HALT 50 CARTS EACH INTERMEDIATE STATIONS 40 CARTS EACH SMALL STATIONS/HALTS 20 CARTS EACH LET RAILWAYS FIX RS. 50 FOR A PORTER TO PUSH ANY ONE TROLLEY, IF THE PASSENGER CANNOT HANDLE THE LUGGUAGE HIMSELF/HERSELF RAGHAVAN AVS more
It is a very good idea. The issue of compensation due to damage while handling is a little far fetched. That issue remains even now without any app or any other system. Just because it is a pre-paid system, we are thinking of compensation. What do we do today? In any case passengers walk along with the coolies, so the same practice can be continued. Only the weight and dimension issue is to be resolved. There is normally a chart placed on the platform setting out the rates to be paid. Most people do not know about it. If you have picture of that chart on your mobile, the coolies do not argue too much. One more issue I need to draw attention to it that the coolies in Vadodara station do not wear their badges. We should insist that they wear their badges so it becomes easy to complain. more
It would be very helpful and will save the passengers a lot of tension more
