Can i start a Play school in own flat (in Greater Noida) under startup India?
Hi Experts, can i start my play school, Music and language school for kids (below 15 years age) in own flat purchased by a private builder in Greater Noida area. I am a homemaker and wish to start the same to give employment to my self and few more (if it goes well). Also guide me, how to start it. more

Not just it is illegal to start Play school at the apartment, it is very unsafe for toddlers, teens to play in the enclosed environment. God forbid, in an emergency it is hard to get help from well wishers and authorities. You will be held responsible for any untoward incidents. Please think before you act. It is better if you can find open space/enough area on ground level. more

Since the flats are for residential purposes, commercial activities won't be permitted. The Municipal Corporation as well other residents of the premises/complex will raise objection. The required license for running a school in a residential flat would also not be issued. more
