The Noida authority will file criminal cases against builders who fail to deliver apartments as per the tower-wise schedule submitted by them by 14 developers.
This is really good news. Many of these builders owe money to various Noida based businesses. My husband's company has supplied services to Supertech and Amrapali and some invoices still unpaid. Can the DM, Noida Authority or CM also take up such issues? more

i think the localcircles could create a circle with ministry of corporate affairs and others in central govt. more

Actually RERA is not enough. A pro active CM like Yogiji can haul up these builders who are not delivering flats within 2 years time. I APPEAL TO YOGIJI. In fact they are the worst offenders in the country. REMEMBER THEY ARE MISUSING THE HARD EARNED MONEY OF THE SALARIED CLASS AND COMMON PEOPLE. I shall equate them with terrorists. Sorry for being blunt because I am also one of the sufferers. more

These Builders are cheats and they have misused the BUYERS money. They must be punished and forced to deliver in time.. more
