अभिभावकों का आरोप है कि निजी स्कूलों में लगातार फीस बढ़ाने का कांड पीटीए कर रही है

You can file PIL to that effect making Central an state Govt as party so also the "TEACHERS ASSOCIATIONs. more

You have to see in the statute of education Acts (fees & charges) & also in the school policy documents. Get a copy of the fees & charges & compare year by year. Do school authorities have right to increase legally. See in the legal frame of the act. If it is not , bring it to the notice of the MLA or MP in the area......discuss. more

For some reasons, the issue is being intentionally diverted to "Fee Increase" and not being concentrated on exorbitant "Fee Charged" by schools. more

We must support this motion.charging parents to get admission to schools for their children is absolutely & legally wrong. Is it in the educational acts of Maharastra? Once established . File a case against the school / governors/ trustees involving parent-lawyers. Take a advice from education depth soon. more
