Can pre poll survey be discussed before election day

One Tamil TV channel has been repeatedly discussing it's pre poll survey results even on the day before the election day.
This survey heavily is in favour of one party. Is it proper ? Will it not influence the mind of the voters? Is it not violation of the guidelines ? Why election commission has not stopped this ?

Elections in India is by people having money with the intention to make more money and an ordinary person's role is very less significant. Our multi party system and alowing the parties to purchase people is rotten and not to be spoken more

Channels are over playing their role.It is due to the fact most of the Tamil channesl favouring a party only for monetary considerations or otherwise. Let them stop with survey and its result. Election commission it seems helpless due to various factors. Some solution is a must. There should be some restrictions. Good more

Off late few tamil channels are heavily supporting dmk ally and well planned in advance with all give and takes meticulously planned..on top of it PK n co, strategist have hired many youths jobless after covid lock down and well trained them..opinion polls cephalogists are also doing their jobs without professional ethics and standards mandated by dmk ally n PK..next 5yrs will be nightmare for TN n ppl if dmk back to power..simple as that.. more
