These systems have originated from herbs mainly from India. Only processing part is different. Ayurveda being the oldest, the others have copies and made them in their own way. Companies to charge higher prices now claim importing herbs of Indian origins from distant countries and give them different names. Two most important examples are Hadjod and Aloe Vera. more

We should make our lifestyle simple and healthy instead of complicating our thoughts for different types of medicine. We always make a habit of practicing PRANAYAMA, KAPALBHATI, BHASTRIKA, ASANAS TO SUIT OUR PHYSIC AND STAMINA. Even YOGA is so useful for our lifestyle to maintain healthy, wellness and increasing stamina to work hard without exertion. more

All these systems originated in various places over time, each claiming now superioity over the other-give patient the right to choose, the doctor the right to suggest. more
