Can someone from AAP clarify??
Currently almost 500 caps have been accumulated and former members want to dispatch at least 1,000 caps in the first consignment.
“This party is nowhere for aam aadmi, there is no democracy, complete autocracy is prevailing here. There’s no point staying. Now we want to sensitise others who were given tall promises and were inducted into the party.” Luqman Siddiqui, the leader of the rebel camp within the party who is also secretary general of National Movement for Social Justice (NMSJ).
“Not only us, but all party workers are not given their due and are treated as mere volunteers,” he charged.
Almost 200 intellectuals from NMSJ had joined AAP last year with fanfare, but their exodus dents the party’s chances in the upcoming Assembly poll in Maharashtra.
AAP spokesperson Preeti Sharma Menon said, “These leaders had joined AAP purely for political gains.” more
