i) Irregularities in the quality of books and there by educations, ignoring Guardians complaint in those regards.
ii) Imposing/compelling these weekly commercial news papers circulations by being made compulsory for each students of the school for the commercial interest of the School.
iii) Promoting undesired photos/ articles by making them compulsory to our children.
iv) Making them compulsion is another violation of Fundamental rights towards Wards and their guardians too.
v) Guardians’ interests/concerns are undermined by the non-responsive attitude of the School Authority. So it is necessary to have a guideline to issue acknowledgement if asked by Petitioner.
vi) Some of the Private School concern, what we Guardians are used to, that the schedule date of Final Examination of the session mostly be from 01st to 22nd February and results on 20th March around. With these our wards are losing more than a month in their each academic year. Whereas, most of school schedule we find from 01st March to 15th March, so our wards will get another more than 20days in their academic year! This will help them for their course revision and utilization of Academic year.
The climatic condition of the month Feb & March is too good for the academic session and
these 20days that is not being utilized at present! In addition, due to the climatic condition of this year, already some days are lost.
vii) Another concern being observed that there are “Chapters” in most of the books are not being covered/completed in each academic year as not included in the syllabus of that particular school. Thus increased the book loads of students and also wastage of the green natural resources. This can be planned well before the beginning of the session. So if we can start thinking for these natural wastage, to save the green. So the proper guidelines in these regards are very essential!
viii) Handing over the incomplete Report card without the formalities of Promotion with a special remarks to Guardians to meet with Principal, is nothing but depriving Guardian and the ward of their fundamental rights and something ill feeling/humiliating act towards them.
ix) All of these above are contradictory with the moral of the School within the frame of NGO provisions, especially when the School runs in the name of eminent figures of our Nation. Like “Vivekananda Mission School” committed towards the moral and name of Swami Vivekananda but disable to meet that courage of morality. more
