It is a tricky suggestion Ms. Mittal. I am for dance & fun . * It is a stress Buster no doubt . * It soothen the stiff muscles , joints . One go back more fresh than tired back home . * It builds camaraderie which will go long way in inter departmental function . Of course with a slight difference not as shown in the Video , right in the work place as Mr. Nanda suggested . Right now there are day outing with Families of employees and executives together that improves sociability and comapnionship . Helps children to mingle with other children other than the usual SChool children and adults other than Teachers . I was organizing this 20 years back more

Its always good but has some boundries also , I want to narrate one experience of my workplace during 1983, I was working with a unit of NTC in Kanpur during the period New GM took Charge of that unit & started spenting his morning 1 hr of his visiting in praying with workers in a department just to spread positive environment but this affected the working of unit badly because all other department also started making arrangement for his visit just to pray with him & took his blessing after a month it was difficult to handle the department for first 2 hours of morning shift, GM also analysed the same & damage control took roughly six month by paying a cost of transfer of that Gentle GM in another unit. There are other ways also for motivation & healthy competition. more

I think this is very good - a little fun at the work place is needed today - it will also increase productivity by bringing down stress levels. more
