cancle of PF account

In last year Oct 2015 my company is closed, in that company I have my PF number, I do not know UAN number,
To cancel my PF account I have submitted all the documents and KYC document also to closed company at the time of closing. But till now I have not refund my PF contribution amount.
Right now there were no contact person in old company,
When I try to check the status in EPFO website, I am unable to access my account due to with out UAN number, there it was showing request for UAN number is in process, this message is showing since 4 months, there is no update,

UAN number should be create by employer,
But in my situation, company is closed and there are no person to contact.

Can any body help me, how to proceed to refund my PF amount. more

First have an check in pf online if not available approaching ur area pf office there they will advice u an third party person indirectly will guide to u for this he will claim for this no issue our amount will be received safely do this faster directclaim take more time . That is india more  
If your are not in employment with another organisation, hyou may approach RPFC directly who can settle your account. If you have taken up another employment get it transferred to your new employer's account. more  
UAN number not required for settlement. You go directly to the PF Office where your account is maintained and get the forms and get it countersigned by the Bank Manager where you are maintaining your SB account and submit it for settlement. more
