Better to avoind using such drinks on regular basis. If one needs to consume fruit juce daily, it is better to bring the fruits from the market and extract juice at home, which is very easy and time saving through a motorised juicer. more

Any food with excess SALT, SUGAR and FAT is not a safe food. Itis no wonder that this study adds strength to this VIEW. Thanks for publicising the study. The FSSAI should think of revising stds more  
As Mr.Sankaran Manipuzha suggested, we must follow nature & consume seasonal fruits & it's juices. Nature loves us. more  
Nature (environment) provides us with different fruits & vegetables in different seasons.... No himalayan research is required to know that "Canned Fruit juices" are NOT AT ALL useful (nutritious) for us. Drink/ eat maximum fruits & vegetables as per season.. Making 'Canned juices' of them is postponing the use/ consumption... This deprives us from enjoying seasonal items and also causes health problems for using them in odd seasons... more
