Cant delay MSME payments without basis

Companies delaying payments beyond 45 days for MSMEs will have to report delayed amount with reasons to Ministry of Corporate Affairs half yearly. See the law attached. more

The aggrieved party must know where to approach. In accordance to my knowledge, you must approach MSME Council of the state online portal at https://samadhaan.msme.gov.in Your problem would be resolved quickly. The council meets regularly and take up the issues. I am attaching the agenda of the meeting held on 16.02.2018 for your information. more
