Cardiology and heart care

A very simple routine of early morning!!! Get up by 5 a.m. Have a glass of water preferably kept in copper pot. Go to toilet, freshen and then take cold water bath then n there itself. Now Go for a brisk walk of 30 minutes. Thereafter, sit down on a bench/ground in the park itself, relax and do 15 minutes deep breathing with Kapal bhati and Anulom Vilom. Come back home again drink a glass of water with one/two garlic cloves. Relax and have a cup of tea with family members preferably green tea. Put on music, listen, do remember GOD in your pooja room and then proceed for the breakfast to the dining table. Eat more fruits during breakfast as it helps a lot in Good Health and Wellness. more
