care for Wound due to burn

My 11/2 yr old burnt his fingers (with hot iron) at two spots & got blisters. Unfortunately these burst open when he fell while playing around. Now the wounds appears wet from inside.
Can experts pls advise on wht ointment or powder to use to dry the wound , prevent infection & speed up the healing process.

Apply Silverex cream or T- Bact cream but more important than that is to have a dressing to cover the open wound more
