Cartel formed by Airtel, Vodafone, Idea, Strangely it appears TRAI is one among

Recently I had raised a complaint “Harrassment by AIRTEL by withdrawing Life time validity, they enforcing time based recharge for ALL”
I also raised a petition in https://pgportal.gov.in/ . Initially it was forwarded to Airtel instead of TRAI. Airtel did not give proper reply. Again and Again M/s.Bharti Airtel Ltd is calling me and informing the same thing. Initially Once customer care Executive informed that He has restored the Life time Validity for all the three mobile numbers I have mentioned over phone, but did not confirm the same through mail sent by him.
Airtel is even dare to send a message that If I do not recharge he will deduct Rs.23/- from my main account. I have not given any Mandate to Airtel for doing this auto deduction.
Airtel is telling that as policy accepted by TRAI they have changed the plan. When I asked the copy of that Document approved by TRAI they tell that they cannot disclose it. So there is no Transparency from Airtel.

Again I raised a complaint in https://pgportal.gov.in/ quoting my earlier petition requesting the authorities to forward it to TRAI or other relevant Organization. On the first day Officer Concerns To, Officer Name, Officer Designation, and Contact Address were mentioned as MULTI. I thought it has reached the proper office. On few days when I checked the status again, it shows M/s.Bharti Airtel Ltd as the office concerned. No proper solution from Airtel. It has already enforced its plan.

It appears THERE IS A CARTEL OF AIRTEL, VODAFONE, IDEA and TRAI which are fooling the Customers in replacing LIFE TIME VALIDITY with PERIODIC RECHARGE.

Under the circumstances whether Competition Commission of India will take a SUO MOTO case against this cartel. more

It is required a collective action from all sufferer. All we should request some NGO for their help regarding lodging complain to the National consumer forum. more
I had recharged my 2 Airtel no with Rs.999/- (or Rs.1000/- can't remember) to convert it for Lifetime validity in the year 2006/2007. Now Airtel is forcing to recharge it on monthly validity basis. I had lodge complain on Customer Care, Nodal Officer & Appellate Authority, but no result. Only gain is that Airtel agreed that there was life time recharge which is withdrawn. I also lodge complain on TRAI website, but no result. Now I am preparing for lodging complain on consumer court evidencing the email communication made with Airtel. more

My experience, Airtel never confirms anything through email. Plans are communicated through SMS or verbally. If we insist the reply thru email. They will reply "as communicated on mobile".... more
File a case in the consumer court for deficiency of service. Believe me Airtel will settle with you promptly. more
