Case reporting and TPR seems manipulated
Delhi is reporting 1400-1600 cases daily with TPR between 5-8%.
Believe numbers are being manipulated by the Govt. They just have a target number to report and that is why TPR is random between 4 and 8%
Most cases must be travellers. If they want real numbers they should do free RTPCR at all clinics and hospitals public and private.
Take a daily target of 100000 tests and I assure u we will have 20000 cases a day. more

COVID 19 is here to stay. In my humble opinion, we have to learn to live with it We have many less reported cases than other countries with large populations. Testing is something you cannot force on people. The basic advice is, "if you have symptoms, isolate for 5 days and then go back to work". And no one listens to this advice. Practically speaking, we have to just be careful and not panic. more
