case type to file to stop proceding Civil Suit's
we are all victims of major financial fraud by a frauster . Criminal FIR's are registered and Investigation ongoing in CID deparment . at this juncture , 2 of the fraudster associates have filled 2 civil suit's seperately againt fraudster main known property (same in both the civil suit's ) .
Request legal advise on how can we stop proceeding in those 2 civil su it's until our main criminal case is decided by court .
One advise given to us is to implead in each of the 2 cases by paying required court fees ( Rs 1000 per lakh of claim as deposit at court ) . we victims are completly duped and all of us no big money to deposit at court to implead as suggested .
Is their any other legal way to stop these civil suit's until our main criminal case is investigated . Please advise more

While Appreciating the views of Mr. Amit Gandhi, advisable to file Intervening application with request for required directions OR file separate Writ in the High Court to that effect. You can also having doors of Consumer Commission over and above the Civil and Criminal remedies. more

Mr. Sadanjan, do u really think that by writing 5-6 lines that too not making any sense, U can get good advice. Good lawyers never advice anything unless complete details r known to them. more
