Cataract

Hello Doctors,

Seen many cases of Cataract in my family and neighborhood in old aged people.
Can you please advice what all can we do in early ages of 30- 40 so that we don't have Cataract problem in later ages. Scared of going for any minor/major operations, Thanks- Renuka. more
