ceizeing of vehicles in bihar
I have a duster car.In bihar this election time government is ceizeing vehicle. But I don't want to give my car to government because I am in regular need of car.So kindly advice me how can I secure my car from ceizeing? more

"ceizeing vehicle" if it is Private and Not commercial is not applicable for election duty as you required it for your own use. First and foremost make an application to the chief Election Office of the State - cc. marked to Chief Election officer of Govt. of India. It will certainly suffice your very purpose. more

What will be the reaction of the commission, if the owner of the vehicle refuse to give his vehicle for election duty. Ours is a democracy country and nobody can over empowered on this issue with the private vehicle owners. Everybody is answerable to the court of law. more

Privatre vehicles can not be seized and used foe election work. You ar at liberty to refuse to give your vehicle. more

Personal vehicle cannot be taken for election duty and the state election commission may kindly be review that if a person needs his personal vehicle for daily can be avoided. If anybody voluntarily gives their vehicle may be taken for election duty. taken more
