Central Government Corruption: Inputs Sought

We would like to seek your inputs on the subject of Corruption in Central Government in the last couple of years. If you have experienced corruption with any Central Govt agencies like Passport, Income Tax, Service Tax, Provident Fund, Post Offices or getting work done directly with Central Govt Ministry/Dept, please share.
We would like to highlight areas with most issues to the Government and work towards getting them addressed.

Corruption is not only bribe, it also involves TACTICAL DELAY, ABSENTISM, WASTING TIME IN THE NAME OF LUNCH HOUR & COFFEE etc, LATE COMING, PROXY SIGNING ATTENDANCE. These issue can not be tackled unless concerned Minister has a surprise check. BSNL is the one classic example, One can hardly find anybody at 10 , they come to office till 11 a.m. Female employee are the most late comers. more

After introduction of 5 days a week, the 10 to 5 pm has changed, but hardly anyone is seen on their seat. The lunch break is from 1 to 3 pm. It is essential that the punctuality should be maintained. more

Corruption could be eliminated by making compulsory FIR on the basis of filibustering tactics or caused delays in Grievance Redress Mechanism of Govt. of India and Right to Information Act-2005 to be clubbed together. more

well all the points what ever said is known both to government , babus, ministers and ever body. solution is also written but in most of the cases the solution is not applied because of us only. Please let me know who are not corrupt. We only. We are the givers , takers and write on this wall. Now i wish if specific instances are written here perhaps things would be highlighted well. more
