chain snatching

Chain snatching has become very common these days. Specially in my locallity. These guys wears helmets and do this. They are always two of them together doing this crime. Delhi police should either put cctv camera which is a costly solution but atleat they can make good speed breakers in vipin garden streets so that after snatching when these guys ride their bike in super speed these speed breakers can help cathing them to some extent. more
