Chairman of Bangalore School arrested
First we don't do what is right. Then we over do it by putting everyone behind bars.
Lets say the Principal hired the instructor and made a bad judgement. What does the Chair has to do with it to be behind bars.
Fully acknowledging what happened was very bad and must never happen again but focus should be on fixing the process and school system and background check systems.

Most private schools act arrogantly and rudely to pparents after the admission of children, these schools do not refund caution money running into crores. One such private school in GK-II is Modern Montessori SChool play school GK-II which has not refunded caution money of 3500/- till today after one year more

We do not apply mind and have kneejurk response and action. In addition to the arrest of the person responsible for the misddeed ,the next person to be held responsible should logically be the one whose job was to get the character varification done and the person who are responsible for making the rule of the school for accepting the joining without proper varification more

I quite agree with that. And after making all the hullabaloo, in the end nothing will come of it all, just as the Nirbhaya convicts are yet to be punished despite all authorities' pronouncements that they would be put through a fast judiciary process, with the juduciary now at its highest level becoming the obstacle in meting out justice. more
