As I understood from Indian Constitution and Cort Record , ONLY JUDICIARY IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBLE AUTHORITY . Though it was kept insufficient and Inadequate SINCE after 1975 as proved from 1979 and 1987 Orders of Supreme Court , THE ABOVE TOP MOST IMPORTANT ISSUES OF INDIAN CONSTITUTION EVEN NOW 'TENDER' JUSTICE TO UPHOLD OBJECTIVES AND SANCTITY OF THE COUNTRY .

Decades together such colluded Protests TOO are permitted by long Run Congress Rule THOUGH PROTESTS CHALLENGING BASIC CONSTITUTIONAL MANDATES ARE not permissible under Political Umbrella too . Such are ever questioning Purpose of Judiciary and the Supreme Court AS WELL AS NATIONAL INTEGRITY AND FUNDAMENTAL DUTIES . ** Article 32 is also denied by such anti nationalists . Where is Citizenship Binding ? *** Massive Offenders always allowed to escape from Law and Order . This is all due to FAILURE IN IMPLEMENTING IPC , Allowing Convicts for Elections , UN SPECIFIED PUNISHMENTS ON ISSUES OF "" National Integrity , National Interest , Constitutional Binding , CITIZENSHIP MANDATES ; Empowered Supreme Court Authority over All Constitutional Provisions, Objectives and Mandates Even now these loopholes of Indian Constitution must be Removed and Specifically Mandated . more
