Change of Ownership Name of Flat
Dear Members,
Wanted your advice on the following matter: -
My Mom & my aunt are joint owner of a flat. My aunt has no objection in changing the ownership from her name to my Dad's name. The agreement of flat is still not done. It is a redeveloped property.
Request the members of the group to advice me in how to get the ownership transferred from aunt's name to my father's name, Mom being the first owner.

Since the property stands in the name of your mom and aunt they can transfer it to your father by executing a sale deed or gift deed or settlement deed and register it. more

Dear Sir, The title of property stands in the name of 1) My Mom & 2) My maternal aunt. We want the ownership to to be as following 1) My Mom & 2) My Dad. In whose name the title of the property stands? If it is in joint name ,the mother can execute a Deed of relinguishment deed in faour of your father. more
